Sep 8, 2023 · The U.S. Military Academy’s Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity (ODIEO) hosted the 20th annual West Point Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Conference Aug. 30-31 at the West Point Club and Eisenhower Hall Theatre.

Leveraging the intellectual capital unique to West Point, MWI faculty use a research, education, and integrated model to remain academically grounded, operationally connected to the force, and fully engaged with cadets and the military program curriculum.

Whether it be through a team, a club or organization they join, or some other connection they make with a peer or mentor during their 47-month experience, cadets find purpose, meaning, and community at West Point.

United States Military Academy West Point The U.S. Military Academy hosted the 19th annual Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Conference from Aug. 31-Sept. 2. More than 200 registered guests attended the multi-day conference, where the theme was “Every Voice Matters.”
