WASHINGTON ( NorthDakotaMonitor )— U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem Tuesday was taken to a D.C.-area hospital after having an allergic reaction, a DHS spokesperson said.

Secretary Kristi Noem felt unwell and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. Secret Service vehicles accompanied the ambulance as a safety measure.
