Senate Democrats and Hamilton's producer hosted a Pride-themed "guerilla theatre" show at the Kennedy Center, protesting Trump reforms.

The small concert hosted by five senators during Pride Month was directed by the lead producer of “Hamilton.” An altered set of “Les Misérables” lyrics poked at the president.

To stage the event, the senators used a little-known congressional privilege that allows them to rent space at the Kennedy Center. But they didn’t pick the date by accident. June is Pride Month—something President Donald Trump has gone out of his way to ignore.
