Sam Altman calls Iyo lawsuit ‘silly' after OpenAI scrubs Jony Ive deal from website
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman responded on X to a recent lawsuit filed by startup Iyo, which accused the company of trademark infringement. The suit stems from OpenAI's announcement in May that it was buying Jony Ive's artificial intelligence hardware startup io.
OpenAI's IO paid close attention to the iyO One headphone, but says its first product isn't an in-ear AI device.
