Level 3 and Level 2 evacuations are in place for parts of The Dalles, and Interstate 84 is closed from Hood River to The Dalles. SR-14 is also closed.

Interstate 84 reopened early Thursday morning after it was closed for about 10 hours between Hood River and The Dalles. Highway 30 remains closed in both directions, one mile west of The Dalles.
