Two weeks after prosecutors opted not to charge the influencer's husband Brady Kiser with child abuse in the May drowning of their 3-year-old, the Arizona Superior Court for Maricopa County ruled in favor of Emilie to redact two pages from a Chandler Police Department report on the fatal incident.

According to the report, influencer Emilie Kiser's husband was home alone with their two children at the time of the drowning.
