The Florida Panthers are making a strong push to keep some of their free agents. Florida wants to keep Brad Marchand and Sam Bennett.

Their chances of making it a three-peat depend in large part on three unrestricted free agents: Sam Bennett, Brad Marchand and Aaron Ekblad. Ekblad still seems the iffiest of the bunch, based on reports, but Bennett and Marchand picked up some huge news on Tuesday regarding their returns.

Sam Bennett, an upcoming free agent, who is fresh off of winning the Conn Smythe Trophy which goes to the most valuable player of the postseason, informed the crowd on hand he will stay in Florida and not test free agency.
