Several of R. Kelly's victims filed a petition seeking to collect the more than $9 million still owed after they won a civil judgment against the disgraced singer.

Six alleged victims are suing R. Kelly, accusing the R&B singer of failing to fully pay a $10.3 million judgment awarded to them in 2023.

Six victims who won a $10.3 million judgment against Kelly in 2022 claim he’s still on the hook for more than $9.9 million of it, and are suing to get the cash from him and his record label.

R. Kelly is currently serving 30 years in prison for sex trafficking, concurrent with 20 years for child pornography, and he petitioned the Supreme Court stating he was retroactively prosecuted. According to CNN, federal prosecutors declined to respond to the appeal.

Six women who were featured in the Lifetime docuseries “Surviving R. Kelly” won a multimillion-dollar judgment against the disgraced R&B artist, who was behind a fake mass shooting threat that cancelled the series' 2018 live premiere.
