An Ohio state lawmaker has proposed a bill that would issue fines of $10 million any time Ohio State is scheduled for a noon kickoff, except for its game against Michigan.

The “Real Housewives of Potomac” star also says she formed a “sisterhood” with fellow “Housewives” Luann de Lesseps, Shannon Storms Beador and Gizelle Bryant.
