The Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs heard hours of public testimony on Tuesday, July 22, for the newly drafted bill to ban THC in Texas, which is very similar to the bill that Abbott vetoed in the sense that it calls for a total THC ban.
While testimony was underway for the latest THC ban bill, Abbott's office released a statement, where he once again pushed for regulation over a total ban.
