Google’s Pixel 10 series debuts Qi2-ready Pixelsnap magnets, with the 10 Pro XL even adding 25W Qi2.2 wireless charging support.

Google Pixel 10 series introduces support for Qi2 wireless charging, but it’s the Pixelsnap range of magnetic charging accessories that set them apart from the MagSafe ecosystem for iPhones.

Google’s latest Pixel 10 phones, which were just announced today, don’t come with many external physical changes. The most tangible hardware addition across the lineup, in fact, is completely invisible: a set of magnets beneath the phones’ back panels.

That said, it looks like the complete magnetic charging experience is reserved for Google's large-screen flagship, the Pixel 10 Pro XL, making the rest of the Pixel 10 lineup feel like a compromise. One of the highlighting features of the new Pixel 10 series is the addition of magnets to the back of the phone (finally).
