Fleur de Lis, the seller of square pizzas and among Baton Rouge's oldest restaurants, announced it was closing over the Fourth of July weekend — and it's not clear when or if it's going to re-open.

Fleur de Lis opened in 1946, and its rectangular pies had a loyal following. The restaurant was a throwback — it didn’t accept credit cards, and the menu was limited to pizzas.
