New Hampshire state troopers say the suspect did not have a valid driver's license and had multiple juvenile passengers in the car he was driving.

Jonathan Hood, 26, of Lawrenceburg, was charged with vehicular homicide, wanton endangerment, driving under the influence and driving with an open alcohol container.

Troopers requested that he perform standardized field sobriety tests which he allegedly failed, state police said.
