DoorDash announces service fee increases in Seattle, citing costly regulations on app-based worker pay and new deactivation review requirements that will take effect in July 2025.

Instacart, Uber, and DoorDash were embroiled in a battle last year with Seattle lawmakers over a new minimum wage law. The companies added new fees last year after that law was implemented.
