Alek Manoah is on a careful path back from UCL surgery, and every outing is measured in progress, not results, all with an eye on 2026. Manoah lasted 1 2/3 innings in his Triple-A Buffalo start, as reported by Keegan Matheson of MLB.

The Blue Jays continue to stand by Alek Manoah in hopes that he can rediscover his form. At this point, it may be best for both sides if the Blue Jays cut the former All-Star loose.

In Manoah's first Triple-A rehab outing, he lasted 1 2/3 innings, walking three batters and reaching 49 pitches.
