Buffalo is re-signing Ty Johnson and fullback Reggie Gilliam, which will keep its entire position group intact from last season's offense that led the NFL in rushing touchdowns and finished ninth in the league in rushing yards.

Ty Johnson is coming off two straight one-year contracts with the Bills and is an unrestricted free agent. He blossomed in a third-down back role in 2024, finishing with 497 yards from scrimmage and four total touchdowns. Johnson was Buffalo's best running back in pass protection.

Although the Buffalo Bills have yet to make much noise in NFL free agency, they are certainly staying active this offseason. Instead of adding high-profile talent, general manager Brandon Beane is prioritizing the current players on his roster.
