Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts has cleared concussion protocol and will start Sunday, coach Nick Sirianni announced Friday.

On Friday, Eagles coach Nick Sirianni said that Hurts has cleared the concussion protocol and had a good week of practice. Hurts has missed the Eagles' last two games with a concussion that he suffered in the first quarter of the Eagles' Week 16 loss to the Washington Commanders.

Hurts hasn’t played a full game since the Eagles beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 15 in a game that marked the revival of a passing offense that had come under scrutiny. “I think that’s a good note to leave on and we just want to build on where we left,” Hurts said.
