There is a planned water outage Thursday affecting residents in the Munn Street and Ellen Street water districts and the Burden Drive area.
The outage will affect about 76 service connections along Devon Drive, Rumson Road, Tamworth Lane, Windsor Drive and Highway 280. It expected to begin at 11 p.m. Thursday and end by 6 a.m. Friday.
A comparison of the village’s residential water tap-on fee of $2,200 for all housing types was discussed in April. Oswego’s fees were lower than those in Yorkville and Plainfield, officials said.
