Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson was fired this past Monday, putting an end to a three-year tenure that saw the Jaguars reach massive highs in Year 1 before cratering over the next two seasons.

Jacksonville Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence was disappointed, but not surprised that Pederson was fired. He believes the players must re-shape the team.

With a 22-29 record over three seasons, Pederson’s 42 percent win rate puts him as the third-best Jaguars coach in history.
