Taking advantage of DeChambeau’s local connections — a Grapevine resident and a former NCAA Division I national champion at SMU — the 31-year-old became the face of marketing for LIV’s first full-tournament stop in Dallas. And judging by the gallery gathered on the first tee, DeChambeau succeeded.

The ninth stop on the 2025 LIV Golf schedule brings the tour to Maridoe Golf Club in Carrollton, Texas, where the lead story will be Bryson DeChambeau looking to achieve victory in his home event. Last year, Maridoe hosted the team championship (won by Ripper GC), but this year it is part of the midseason rotation.

A total of 14 LIV Golfers have qualified for the 2025 U.S. Open. Bryson DeChambeau, Brooks Koepka, Joaquin Niemann and Jon Rahm are among them.
