President Donald Trump is quietly discussing plans to host the 2026 G20 summit, a forum of the world’s largest economies, at his Doral golf club in the Miami area, a White House official told CNN.

Nearly six years ago, Trump had to abandon a plan to hold an international gathering at his Doral resort. He’s reportedly eager to give it another try.

Local restaurants and hotels can expect to see a boost in revenue. When Pittsburgh hosted the G20 in 2009, the city brought in $35 million in hotel bookings and restaurant bills, per a study from the University of Toronto. Toronto saw an extra $100 million in its coffers when it hosted the G20 a year later.
