LAS VEGAS — Cooper Flagg ’s first NBA Summer League is over after just two games. The Dallas Mavericks shut down the No. 1 overall pick for the remainder of their time in Las Vegas, a person with knowledge of the situation of the decision confirmed Sunday to The Dallas Morning News.
