United Launch Alliance completed its first US national security mission with the newly developed Vulcan rocket, a key test of the vehicle’s ability to put satellites into high orbits above the Earth.

The United Launch Alliance's Vulcan rocket sent the first U.S. national security mission to space on Tuesday night, sending satellites up. It's part of the United States Space Force (USSF)-106 mission.
