The Austrian Grand Prix has offered up some major moments in the McLaren driver’s career, and the 2025 race could serve up yet another one as he looks to recover from Canada

Dunne is a member of McLaren's driver development programme and will be making his F1 session debut in Austria, having previously only taken part in test programmes. Norris will then return to his car for FP2 later in the same day, as he resumes his championship battle with Piastri and 2024 rival Max Verstappen .

McLaren have opted to make a change at the Austrian Grand Prix with Alex Dunne replacing Lando Norris in FP1. The Irish racer is currently the Formula Two championship leader with two feature race victories under his belt already.
