Mariners manager Dan Wilson said Friday that Logan Gilbert will make at least one more rehab start before the team considers having their ace rejoin the rotation.

Seattle ace Logan Gilbert continues to work his way back from a right elbow flexor strain, which has shelved him since late April. During his second rehab outing on Wednesday, the 28-year-old threw 60 pitches across three innings, allowing five hits, one walk, one hit batter and two earned runs.

The Mariners All-Star starting pitcher commented on a potentially concerning trend from his latest outing with the Triple-A Tacoma Rainiers.
