Florida's DeSantis unveils new immigration detention center dubbed 'Deportation Depot' to expand deportations.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said the planned facility, which is expected to hold 1,300 beds, will be operational “soon.”

The second detention center will support the “Alligator Alcatraz” facility opened in South Florida in early July, state officials said.
