CLEVELAND, Ohio — A former teacher at Archbishop Hoban High School in Akron is accused of sexual battery involving students.

A former Archbishop Hoban High School teacher is charged with felony sex offenses relating to two students at the school.

We are devastated and angry that the safety of our students, which is of the utmost importance, may have been violated by someone in a position of trust,” President Chris DiMauro stated.

These charges come months after Chad Kendall was charged with misdemeanor assault against a former female student on a stage at the school.
